So I have been waiting to post this to officially see if they were going to refuse seeing me again and here I am almost 39 weeks and lastly refused to be seen again, since I mentioned I would try to go to another doctor that could see me apparently they billed out my insurance and said I am not a patient there anymore. I was supposed to be seen June 12 and June 17 as those were scheduled appointments but with their system mix up they said I didn’t have an appointment which I did because I had to follow up from being a hospital follow up and I had to speak up to even get those appointments. They’ve been saying they were going to fix the system another week, weeks went by and still nothing. The staff is completely rude up front and cause this chaos. I had the manager consult with Dr. Hinshaw because I wanted him aware of how his staff was being during this time. I work medical field they were very unprofessional so to let them remove me as your patient without hearing directly from me as your patient goes to show what kind of inconsiderate provider you are. I did get authorization to be seen at UCSD and because NCWS didn’t respond to the medical record request they are delaying me being seen again with a new practice. I have also had HG since the very beginning and was able to get a zofran pump but as soon as the system outage happened they couldn’t follow through with the referrals and my pump was taken away. I asked several times for them to handle the referrals and refill my zofran and it never got done. This has been a real pain in the butt and their own staff was not helpful at all during this rough time.

Dr.Cizmar came in and introduced himself to my partner and me and explained in detail how my C-section was going to go. He was super friendly and quick in my procedure. He also checked on me after my procedure.

Dr. Babkina is a wonderful doctor! She is always very friendly, personable, yet professional at the same time. She has given me excellent care since I first started going to her up to the present time. I would recommend Dr. Babkina to anyone needing her expertise.
