The customer service was great. Unfortunately the ultrasound machine that was ment to be used on me was dirty. The ultrasound probe had lub on it and a pubic hair stuck on it. When the nurse came in, I told her about it, she just wiped it with a disinfectant wipe and that’s it. Ew!

I was very pleased especially since I only wanted to see a doctor and so I felt that the examination was very thorough and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or not listened to so O was very pleased

I adore Karen! I actually followed her from another provider that she used to work with over 10 years ago. Same practice just a different doctor. She has seen me through now five pregnancies and I couldn’t be happier. If you want someone who will actually listen to you, is warm and friendly, and truly cares, then you should be seeing Karen!
